Bank On Us has been a great company to work for so far. Cyndi and Alyson (owner and my manager) were very welcoming and cheerful in the beginning, even during the interview process and have continued to be great and extremely helpful. They are also very understanding when it comes to mistakes you make and certain circumstances in your personal life that affect your work life. You don’t ever have to worry about your client mistreating you because Cyndi and Alyson will defend and protect you. They have hired a great team so far and we all get along and I love how we all can communicate on a personal and professional level. We all care about one another and support each other as much as we can even though we have never met and are miles apart. We have a great work environment. The convenience of working from home has saved my family a lot of stress and headache and my husband loves this opportunity just as much as I do. But it’s not all play. It is also a very fast-paced environment and it requires a lot of attention. You will continue to learn new things every single day.
